With the Father, ever dwelling

Infinite in Love and power.

Sovereign of the eternal ages

Stooping low in manger stall.
Leaving His celestial splendor

For a body like us all.

Sinless Lord, His body battered

Sins dread curse upon Him fell.

And His precious blood was spattered

Saved us from the pangs of Hell.

King eternal, unto Thee we’ll ever sing.

The Risen Victor now is seated

In the Heavens, His Father’s home.

Soon returning in His glory

Even so, Lord Jesus come.
