Brethren receive into fellowship those who are saved by grace through faith and have been baptized. Such should be clean in life and have no associations with unscriptural secular organizations or ecclesiastical ties since association with evil defiles. (1 Corinthians 15.33)

Strangers who are saved are received if a letter of commendation from a known assembly is presented. (Romans 16.1) Otherwise believers are asked to refrain from participation or sit back till fellowship can be determined.
